For the past 4 years, I have had the honor of photographing the Mar-Del watermelon queens. This years queen is Chelsey Procino. I recently spent some time with Chelsey and her coordinator to photograph her in a local watermelon field. Chelsey will represent the Maryland and Delaware Watermelon growers in the annual National Watermelon competition this winter. She's a gorgeous young lady from Sussex county Delaware who attends college and travels all over the Maryland and Delaware area promoting the product.
