For the Love of Duke-Delaware Family Photography

Duke has been a member of this family for a long time now.  He would be in his 90's for people years.  His people love him dearly and know that his time with them can't last forever.  They wanted to do a session with him so that they could remember their very loved pet.  Here are some of my favorites.  Enjoy!

For the Love of Horses-Delaware Photographer

I did these pictures last summer and I was going through them one more time.  Kaitlyn loves her horses nearly as much as anything.  I had forgotten how much fun we had that day until I saw them again.  This is one of my favorites and I  felt the need to post it.  Enjoy! 

Ole Man Brant

Today, I did an engagement session for Amber and Scott who are getting married next June.  We finished up our session back at Scott's parents house which happens to be on the banks of Herring Creek.  Beautiful! by the way.  When we arrived we were welcomed this ole guy barking to sound the alarm that someone was there.  Scott let him out of his kennel and told me the story about how he and his father and brother loved to hunt and how Brant would go with them.  This past year his health began to decline.  The doctor said that he had  cancer and that his days were numbered.  I decided to take a few shoots of him while I was there since he is such a handsome guy.  Here is my favorite.  He may be sick but, I don't think he knows it.  We watched him fetch his toy from the water and bring us up dead crabs from the creek.  Enjoy!

Miss Lambert

Miss Lambert has all kinds of personality.  She loves to plays with empty bottles with handles so that she can flip them in the air and chase them.  She's no silly dog either.  She knows exactly what she's doing and you can't fool her into doing anything she doesn't want to do.  We had fun watching her chase things and tried to hide her snacks for later.  Enjoy!!
