Once again this year, there where absolutely wonderful contestants vying for the title of Mar-Del Watermelon Queen 2013. I would have hated to have been a judge. All of these young ladies where so well spoken and beautiful. Of course, there could only be one winner and this year is was 20 year old Chelsea Procino from Seaford Delaware. A tall striking blonde, Chelsea is a somewhat quiet young lady with Audrey Hepburn beauty. I am sure she will be a wonderful addition to the long line of Mar-Del Queens. She's pictured below with some of them who still attend the annual convention. Congratulations to Chelsea. I hope you have a wonderful year. Enjoy!
